My mattress was too hard and needed a soft topper, so I got this one, hoping for a layer of forgiveness. From a comfort standpoint this is outstanding -- love it -- but I had to take it off the bed after a week or so of trying to sleep on it. It's way too hot. Despite being ventilated (meaning there are channels punched straight through from bottom to top), I still got way too hot on it. It holds way too much heat.King Size Mattress Measurements
I replaced it with a gel memory foam model from serta, which is WAY cooler... but that one is also less comfortable. This one wins for comfort but not for temperature. Also, the smell stayed very strong for the week I slept on it. I moved it into the guest room and it's now sitting on top of the guest bed while I decide what to do with it, and the room stinks. Few weeks in now, and it's still a very, very strong chemical smell.King Size Mattress Measurements
I've slept wonderfully on this for a few months now and LOVE IT! Make sure to fully air it out for 2+ days when you receive it (doesn't hurt to hit it with some fabric refresher too). I would recommend this to anyone looking to invest in a better night's sleep!

Despite some of the reviews that had not-so-nice things to say about this product, I can honestly say that I've never been as pleased with something.

I am sort of a memory foam snob. So, with that said, I really don't understand all the 5 star reviews on here for this topper. It is definitely worth the $65. It does not rival the 'well known' brands. This is perfect for a kids bed or a quest bed without question. It did take near two days to fully bloom from it shrink wrapped/vacuum packed arrival.
